Unit also comes with a storage space and room to hang a bike. New high efficiency furnace and central air. Newer washer and dryer, both free. One cat for extra $25 rent and pet deposit of $800. Absolutely no kittens--though they are my favorited but not when I have to replace carpet. Building has beautiful private patio space very nice for grilling out and enjoying the weather. Tenant pays electrical and gas (heat and cooking)--I will pay gas for $100 month extra. Newer windows and a high efficiency furnace (95%) and central air. The neighborhood is wonderful and near everything from bars, restaurants, grocery shopping, transportation but far enough that you will not have to put up with the noise or traffic. I am a very attentive. If you call I will respond within 24 hours to whatever the situation. The other tenants in the building are long term, great tenants and respectful of the neighborhood and others in the building--I'm looking for a new tenant that will be the same. This apartment always rents easily because it's a great location and the building is well maintained. You don't chase me to respond to whatever situation and I don't chase rent.
