We have lived in this place for two years and love it because it truly is one-of-a-kind, a gem. We are only moving out because I am moving to a different city. You will not find a better place for this price in downtown Denver.
This unique penthouse unit is in the beautiful, 21-story (tallest building in Uptown) 100 Park Ave building in the Uptown area of downtown Denver (20th and Park Ave w). The unit faces North and the large, floor-to-ceiling windows offer unimpeded views of the north Denver Metro Area. The view never gets ceases to amaze.
Modern in-unit W/D; sizeable kitchen with island/bar top (expensive, nice barstools come with the place, otherwise unfurnished) and granite countertops; hardwood floors in living area and kitchen, carpet in bedrooms, and tile in bathrooms; Tandem parking spot in the building garage (no extra fee); Access to building gym, pool (heated) and hot tub, both open year round, and grills in patio area. The building even has its own dog park (recently renovated). High ceilings with exposed vents and track lighting give the place a unique and contemporary touch. A/C and heat. Sun blocking blinds. Two full bathrooms. Two equal sized bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit.
The location is amazing. A ton of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. RiNo, LoDo, and Capitol Hill all within walking distance and a short Uber to anywhere else in downtown Denver.
The property management company is great and flexible/understanding. They will not nickel and dime you with fee after fee like all the other management companies in Denver. They are very responsive to maintenance requests and will stay out of your hair otherwise. The building community is great and open units are hard to find, especially on the penthouse level.
Tenants must be able to pass background checks, qualify financially, and willing to sign a one-year lease. The lease start date is flexible.
This listing is priced above the average room for rent in Five Points by $1,122.
