Apartment complex includes two levels of controlled access garage parking and elevator. Location is fantastic at One Saint Helens, as we have a walk score of (91) in which we have shopping, restaurants, bars, and other services within less than five minutes of walking. Historic Wright Park and the Rhein Haus are one block west of One Saint Helens, and MultiCare Medical Center and Children's Hospital is three blocks away. One Saint Helens is right off the 705 and has easy connection to the I-5 North/South. Drive to Joint Base Lewis-McChord is approximately 20 minutes as well as approximately 40 minutes to downtown Seattle. If you are looking for an exceptional location, friendly, small, warm residential community this is for you. Rent is $1950 a month, and includes one parking space. Additional parking is $85 per space per month. Utilities of water/sewer/trash are paid by the resident at $80/1 person and $8 for each additional person. Resident also pays electric, cable, internet. We love furry family members here so pets are allowed. We do request that there are no aggressive breeds, minimum one year old (no puppies), they are under 50lbs, they are spayed/neutered, and we have a pet interview. Pet fee is $500 per animal with signed pet agreement, and is non refundable; or option of $1000 refundable. The security deposit is $500. The application fee is a $48 non-refundable fee per potential resident. Security deposit is due along with application fees when submitting an application. 12 month lease requested, however management can offer a 9 month or 6 month lease, but rent will be higher than listed price.
