Jan 19, 2022Do YOU want "luxary" living that involves living next to activate brothels and drug dens? (Looking @ bld 2003, windows busted since dec)
How about slowly learning to resent your neighbors because of a complete lack of parking in the smallest and grungiest unassigned FFA parking lot ever?
Have a handicapped spot? Too bad, others will take it anyway! We hold 0 accountability for parking issues, call impark yourself!
(Private reserved parking spots available for an additional 150 a month. If someone parks there anyway, oh well, find somewhere else to park. We may get to it eventually, but sorry the office is closed for lunch)
Want random water shut offs? You got em!
Pet rent that pays for nothing! Want a poo bag, sorry all our stations are empty, just leave it on the ground like everyone else, maintenance will get it......
Looking to decorate? Well as we use the cheapest materials possible good luck getting a nail or screw through the sheet rock walls! They'll crumble and let ANYTHING fall dramatically to the floor. (The 16lb black command velcro strips are your friend!)
Need an outlet, ever apartment comes with 2 to 4 outlets! (There will NOT be an outlet in your bathroom)
Don't look up, the paint is supposed to do that, it's a peeling Rorschach.....
How about "new" laundry machines, THAT DON'T WORK! Been here almost 3 years and there's only 2 working washing machines in the whole complex! Good luck figuring out which buildings they're in!
Want office hours?! TOO BAD. The revolving door of "community managers" never stops and the office is only open one hour every day, on a rotating day once a week!
Have you seen our amazing "beach" access? A simple climb up/down a steep ever changing 45 degree path framed by blackberry thorns and rocks will lead you to the amazing stone waterfront! Don't worry about the homeless camp down along the way, they're mostly harmless (unless they see something in your car at night they like)
The mold is your problem, you signed the 15 page lease segment about mold, get a dehumidifier or two and stay on top of it, its not our responsibility to deal with your parasitical pets you didn't tell us about, that could have allegedly come from anywhere.
Make sure to follow the example of the community, dont break down large boxes. In fact placing old furniture in front of the recycling dumpster is a great way for the WM team to come back next week, because no one needs a weekly collection....
Community garden! Do you want a community garden project no one asked for?! Well we're planning one! Who needs a leash free zone when we can have troughs of dirt!
So come on down to SeaGlass village where the rent is different on every unit, and that smell will become normal! (It's totally not a sewage problem, just don't go into your kitchen or bathroom on heavy rain days.) Your new home away from home! Only 1100! I mean 1250... Oops i mean1350.... Totally worth it
