There is a 3 night minimum stay required.
Please contact us for shoulder season, monthly, and discount rates.

Payments:
We require a 50% deposit in order to confirm your reservation. The remainder will be due 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 30 days we require the entire amount of the reservation. A $150 cleaning fee and 8% sales & lodging tax will be added to your total. We also require a $400 refundable damage deposit unless paying by credit card. We can accept paypal, credit cards (3% transaction fee), checks, or money orders.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days will receive a refund minus a $25 booking fee. For cancellations made within 30 days we will issue a refund minus the $25 booking fee only if we are able to fill the vacancy.
