Enjoy a sunset dinner on the large covered deck , it can be enjoyed during any season. There is a patio table and seats six, propane grill. Enjoy making s’mores or sipping wine at the fire pit on the beach. French doors lead to the huge covered deck for outdoor living in any season. $500/security deposit is required, refunded upon property inspection Rates do not include 10.4% tax. 2-night minimum stay. Reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm, final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with personal check or with credit card for an additional 3% processing fee. In case of cancellation, reservations are refundable minus a $150.00 rebooking fee as long as we can re-rent the unit. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, the reservation is nonrefundable.
