Feb 10, 2020DO NOT RENT HERE!Far from “Luxury Living”. Not a secure building.Building is LOUD,dirty and unkempt.Horrible reputation in area as apartment building.Management does not listen to residents and will not help with community dangers.Resident turnover and dissatisfaction is very high.No weekend maintenance,security or cleaning so it gets filthy and dangerous.Constant parties, smoking and noise in common areas make it feel more like a nightclub.People don’t follow the community rules and let guests smoke,drink all night.Package room is a mess and packages disappear all of the time.Lots of alternatives w better options for less money(apartments 2k one bedroom.)DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. ZERO STARS.
