Tri-Star Estates is a beautifully landscaped manufactured home community located in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Just north of Kankakee, the community's location provides easy access to Interstate 57, the Metro, and the greater Chicago metropolitan area in addition to Olivet Nazarene University, Perry Farm Park, Exploration Station, Kankakee River State Park, and many of Kankakee County's best local shops and restaurants.
