No smoking. $950 per month 3-bed room 2 bath house, you pay utilities, cut the grass and pay for garbage pickup. No pets. Located in Jemison area. There will be a criminal check and prior eviction check on all applicants. You must have a steady job. No prior evictions please - An eviction and criminal check will be done. Please do not apply if you have had an eviction also please do not apply if you have any serious crimes on your record. You pay water, electric and trash pickup and any other optional connections, i.e. Satellite, etc. You must have a riding lawnmower, the yard can NOT be cut with a push mower - it is too big and the grass is too thick. Or you can hire someone to cut it, but it MUST BE KEPT CUT. In the summer this is pretty often, usually once a week. The lease will stipulate a fine if the grass is not cut, further warnings can result in an eviction. No junk in the yard or on the front porch or back stoop. All motor vehicles must be in good condition and operable. Central A/C and heat. Your income must be at least 30% of the rent. In other words you must make at least 19.24 per hour at 40 hours per week or make $3333 per month to pay a rent of 1000 per month. There are washer and dryer hookups in the house.
