The IRV

The IRV is a new take on rental housing in the Outer Sunset. Built and owned by neighborhood locals who surf and love the community, The IRV provides top notch living in the coolest hood in SF. We've got one of the only permitted roof decks with panoramic ocean views on the entire westside. The rooftop lounge provides an inviting space to prep communal meals, mix your favorite drinks, and share laptop space while watching the surf and waiting for the winds to turn off shore. Our interior courtyard is soaked with light, protected from wind, and a rad spot to chill with your neighbors. It's a beautiful place to immerse yourself in the local community in a secure, zen-like, newly constructed building. Our rental units are available either unfurnished or completely furnished and exude a warm, minimalist aesthetic. Most units have in-unit laundry. For those units that don't, we have a convenient laundry area on the 2nd floor. All units have luxury vinyl plank flooring, luxury cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, designer tile showers, recessed lighting, individual water heaters, and more. Our furnished units have designer furniture and totally stocked kitchens (except perishables). Each unit has access to the roof top lounge, panoramic view roof deck, and bike storage, with more amenities coming soon.
