      DO NOT RENT HERE! The apartments themselves are nicely equipped however the walls are paper thin. Thin enough to hear every word of your neighbors conversation. 
Having said that, Management does not care about the residents in anyway. MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY LAST WEEK SUDDENLY, leaving my father in somewhat of a financial burden. I intended to move in with him to help him with his monetary constraints however when i called the "caring" management office i was informed that even though i just lost my mother and was trying to assist my father that i still had 4 months left on my lease and even though this is not a common instance they had to treat it as someone breaking their lease and did not have a hardship clause in the lease meaning i would have to pay 2 months rent or move out and be responsible for the rent until they re rent the apartment. Unfortunately doing either would negate me moving in to assist my father because i would not be able to financially assist him while doing this. I then went and spoke to the "Assistant Manager" and showed her the obituary and offered to bring in the death certificate to show her i was not trying to just break my lease but was promptly told there was nothing she could do and there was no one else i could talk to. She promptly ended with a smug "Have a nice day" as i walked out. Its painfully obvious these people care only about money and could care less about the residents. There are way better places to rent with caring management.
