    First and foremost, please believe every negative review you see here and only 1/4 of the positive reviews. This place has been a nightmare. From the constant weed smell, the paper thin walls (or thinner since I can hear my neighbors sneeze or use the bathroom which is disturbing), the most ghetto tenants (it’s about 1:26am right now and the neighbors next to me on the 4th floor have been screaming since 8pm - they even took it upon themselves to throw a party in the lobby with blasting music lol), the SLOWEST elevators on the planet, no regard to COVID policies especially in the gym.. I mean the list goes on. They will respond to this message as they have others saying “we need to know who you are to help you but it’s really just to harass you. Package room is a joke, police constantly here because of the constant criminal activity.. if you want to live in an overpriced apartment where it feels like your neighbors are inside of your apartment, maintenance has NO idea how to fix apartment issues and you like to breathe in nothing but weed this is the place for you. The building feels like it’s nothing but Section 8 (at least in building 1000). Save yourself the headache.
