Oct 23, 2021Horrible parking situation and the laundry facilities rarely work. Apart from being overpriced, the clothes come out of the washing machine dripping wet 50% of the time and dryers often need to be ran multiple times even for light loads of laundry. As far as parking goes, only one spot is assigned, even for a three bedroom apartment. There are very limited guest spots, so often times my car has to be left at a separate location to avoid being towed. The windows do have locks on them, however with just a little bit of force they can be pushed open from inside or outside. The walls here might as well be made of cardboard. I can actually hear my upstairs neighbor not only walk to the bathroom, but also use it. The community is also advertised as gated, which technically is true, however the gates are always open. Never once have they been closed. You can get a nicer, more secure apartment with better amenities for the same price anywhere else in naples. My recommendation is to go there
