LoDo is the name given to the Lower Downtown Historic District and mixed-use neighborhood. The area is one of the most popular and diverse parts of Denver featuring Restaurants, art galleries, Residential living, Bars, and nightclubs.

Living in LoDo

In 1988, LoDO was designated a historic district, and prevented the destruction of many historic buildings. Since that time, renovations have turned these buildings into new rental housing with a growing distribution of lofts. With Coors field to the north and Pepsi Center to the south, along with great restaurants and entertainment, LoDo is a great area to begin your rental housing search.
