Hello! I am looking for a clean easy going male or female to share the house I just purchased in the Highlands/Sunnyside area very close to Downtown. Rent would be $550 plus half the utilities which I estimate at around $225-250 total on a monthly. I am willing to do a month to month lease, and would prefer first and last month rent upon moving in. Male or Female would be great, I have had very good experiences living with both as long as they are clean and easy going.

I am open to another dog that is well potty trained and does not shed much.
