The home is fully furnished, linens for both beds and bathes are provided. The upstairs bedroom has a firm double bed with plenty of shelf space, the front room can function as an office or 3rd bedroom with a twin bed option and both have access to the full bathroom. Downstairs is the master suite that includes a king size Sleep Number bed, a walk in closet and bathroom with heated pebble tiled floor, glass vessel sink and large European style walk-in shower. The kitchen has all the cookware, dishes and utensils for your dining needs and the dining table sits four and can expand for a larger party. Basic condiments, spices, coffee and an assortment of teas are always stocked and special requests are considered with notice. The backyard offers a respite with a large redwood deck with gas grill, flagstone patio and firepit & 6 person hot tub. Most of the year - the Front Range are visible from the kitchen window or back deck and at night a skyfull of gorgeous stars are available for gazing. The yard is fully enclosed and small dogs will be considered with damage deposit and pet rent. There are televisions on both levels, secured wireless internet access and HP printer. There is an elliptical machine, exercise ball, bosu ball and yoga mat in the den area of the basement for that morning, after work or rainy day workout.
There is plenty of parking on the street or two spots available in the back accessed by the alley. During your stay you can also have the option of using the security system.
