This 1.5 year old home - can sleep up to 8 guests. Beds are arranged as a King in the Master, Queen in 2nd Bedroom, 2 twins in bedroom 3 and a very comfortable Queen Futon Sleeper Couch in the loft area. Pics of all the bedrooms not posted yet.
The home has Corian counter tops and all black appliances in the kitchen. It is very well located to all of the North Scottsdale activities. Nice side yard area - great area for the your dog(s)...large breed dog OK.
From our Tatum Village location you can enter the Reach 11 Recreation area for walking, cycling, Equestrian shows, bird watching etc. And only minutes away, you are in the shopping Mecca of Desert Ridge, Kierland, the new upscale City North and One Scottsdale are future high end shopping areas in the category of Rodeo Drive. They are now both under construction with partial openings in late 2008.
