This 1.5 year old single story Craftsman Style Bungalow Home is located in the private Gated Community of Tatum Village. It is a very quiet area and Mayo North is very close. Mayo Scottsdale is about 20 minutes.

Close to the Westin Spa & Resort. Don't miss the Westins Resort Bagpiper who performs virtually every evening n a truly beautiful setting. Sit around the fire pit and relax as he plays the soothing music of the Bag Pipes. Very memorable. Kierland Center, The New City Center (partial opening November 2008), FBR Open Car shows, etc...

From our Tatum Village location you can enter the Reach 11 Recreation area for walking cycling Equestrian shows, bird watching etc. And only 5 minutes away, you are in the shopping Mecca of Desert Ridge, The City North is now open and is an upscale shopping, and dining bonanza - only 3 minutes away!

Only 10 minutes away you will find Kierland, a fabulous and unique relaxing pedestrian friendly shopping/dining/resort experience not to be missed. Annual events like the Barrett Jackson’s Car Auction, FBR Golf Open, art shows, and Arabian Horse shows are also only 10 minutes away. An abundance of upscale, fine dining experiences are available in nearby Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Paradise Valley Resorts, and Phoenix.
