There is hardwood floor throughout and tile in the bathroom. It has been recently renovated and decorated. It is the ground floor of the Victorian and has three bay windows with lots of natural light.
Both the upper level and lower level studios have their own private entrances and do not share any common space. There is also a washer/dryer in each flat.
