Winter months bring whale watching and views of the snow-capped Big Bear Mountain in the distance. Furnishings include a sectional sofa, island-style wicker chairs, and a 30 Flat Screen HDTV with a DVD/CD player and receiver.

The master bedroom includes tropical beddings and a California king size bed. This room faces the southeast and features two large windows overlooking the undeveloped headlands and also allows an ocean view. The guest bedroom features twin beds, a ceiling fan and full closet.

Amenities include a full kitchen with a range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and grinder, pots/pans, dishes, utensils and dinnerware.

The area below the unit\'s balcony is protected from the afternoon sea breezes by a glass partition, and features a heated pool with deck chairs and tables, chaise lounges, large market-style umbrellas and a gas barbecue.

We have everything you need for the beach: sand chairs, beach towels, umbrella, carts and coolers, and boogie boards and sand toys for the kids. The new beach access is three doors away so you don\'t have to worry about parking.
