Sleeps 4. Children welcome. First Floor:
-Living room with a working fireplace, large leather couch and chair
-Dining room, fireplace for decoration only
-Kitchen with counter dining with two stools
-Kitchen fully equipped with dishes/ pots and pans, utensils, etc.
-Gas stove; oven; microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot
-Half bath on the first floor.

Second floor :
-Master bedroom with a queen bed, working fireplace and a private full bath.
-Second bedroom has a queen Murphy bed (i.e. a built-in wall bed that must be
drawn down to be used) and flat screen TV.
-Office on the second floor equipped with a fax/printer, high speed internet and a
second full bath.
-A queen size air mattress and extra linens are available on request, which can be
an added benefit for children or an additional guest.
-All interiors are exquisitely decorated with period furnishings keeping with all historic
appointments.
-Full linens and towels provided for all rooms.

Outdoors :
-Front garden with wrought iron fence.
-Back garden with a fully enclosed back terrace, and garden furniture.
-Gas driven barbeque, as well as a wood burning exterior fireplace.
-On-street parking available, but only for two hour stretches during the working hours
of the weekdays.
