1. For your Convenience: Rental Agency fully equips each unit with sheets, towels, pillows, blankets, firewood, fire starters, as well as a starter set of paper products. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc.2. Security Deposit: In most cases, you will not be required to provide either a cash damage deposit or credit card authorization. Rental Agency will protect you and your party from the risk of charges related to accidental damage to the rental home during your stay, as long as the damage is not willfull, wanton or a result of gross negligent behavior (excludes damage by a pet). This damage waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet.If an accident happens, report the details to the front desk during your stay, or at check-out. You must notify our office of damages or losses during your occupancy or the protection plan will be void and you will be responsable for any damages. Rental Agency will collect a cash damage deposit in advance on some properties in accordance with the owner requirements.3. Pets: If you have recieved permission to bring a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $250 is required to be paid directly to Rental Agency PRIOR your arrival. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card, bank check or money order. No personal checks will be accepted. Payment of this fee is required in order to check into your property. If this fee is not paid prior to arrival, we will not leave keys our for your arrival.4. Check in Time, Arrivals, Departures: Arrivals before 5:00 pm are not guaranteed. All guests check in at Rental Agency main office before proceeding to the rental property. Guests staying at Crown Point, Juggernaut Farm, should proceed directly to the property. Check out time is 11:00 am, sorry no exceptions. Please return all keys to the Rental Agency office at departure time. There is a $50 key charge for all lost keys! 5. LATE CHECK-IN: If you are checking in after the office has closed we will leave your Check In Packet in the locked box on the porch outside our office. Please use the phone to dial the 24 hour answering service (the number is posted by the phone). Provide the service with the last name on the reservation and they will give you the combination to the locked box. The Check In Packet includes keys, a map, and guest registration for your signature. If a friend arrives before you, they may pick up the keys by following the same directions, and it is helpful to know that ahead of time. Please have them sign the registration. Please keep in mind that whoever checks in first (be it in the office or after hours) receives the keys and directions. Therefore, if there are more guests in the party arriving separately at a later time, they should proceed directly to the rental property following the directions provided. For your own safety and security we cannot give directions or keys to unauthorized people. Therefore it is imperative that everyone in your group has directions.
If you need to cancel, we allow our guests to cancel/change up until noon the day before arrival with a full refund less the amount of the Cancellation fee and booking fee. There is no refund for unused time that is a result of late arrivals, early departures or no shows. There are no cancellations during the New Years holiday. If you cancel your New Years reservation, you will forfeit all deposits. Wanting to switch a property will also fall under this cancellation. We will try to rebook the property. If we rebooked the property in full, we will refund your payments made less a $500 cancellation/rebooking fee to the guest.Cancellations must be received by fax to or email.
