Adorable tiny house with beautiful views of fields and a pond.Perfect for minimalist living. Suitable for one person only. Fully furnished, WiFi and utilities included. The toilet is a compost biolet toilet. There is no washer / dryer but there is a laundry mat in Banner Elk. No pets- we are firm on this, don't ask please. We are sure your pets are lovely, but this house is tiny and too small for an animal to be inside all day outside is full on nature-coyotes, bobcats and bears all roam the area so would be very dangerous for a domestic animal.
