Nearby dining options include Kiki's Sand Bar, Boondocks Bar & Grille and Square Grouper. This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Up to 2 well behaved dogs permitted with Owner approval and payment of non-refundable fee pet of $150 per pet. Utilities are included within reason. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed
