This home is newly renovated house with fresh paint, new flooring, new windows, new appliances, new fixtures etc. The house is available for rent currently, and is ready for move in. The property is unfurnished (the furniture pictured was just for staging). The property is in the heart of Palmer with easy access to the highway for commuting. The property is also within a couple miles of grocery stores/gas stations, a baseball and soccer field, walking trails (with river access), and the property backs right up to Swanson elementary school, which can be ideal for families with young children. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and has mountain views from the back and front of the house. The house has a fenced back yard, however from the snow this year, it will need to have repairs completed in the summer. We will also be doing some landscaping in the summer. The house is on public utilities for sewage and water (no septic). Please note this is a non-smoking property. Pets on approval (cats and small/medium sized dogs will be considered).
