I am looking for a roommate for a 6-9 month lease begining ASAP. My previous roommate just moved back home and I was very sad to see her go, but since I found her on craigslist and she was so awesome, I figured I'd give craigslist another try.

I live in a 2 bed, 1 bath 2nd and 3rd floor condo with my dog so I am look for a pet friendly roommate who is clean and respectful (unfortunately my dog does not get along with other animals so no other pets are welcome). The room is about 10x12 ft with a slanted roof. There is a washer dryer in unit and it is fully furnished except for the open bedroom. The condo has a living room, seperate dining room, kitchen with plenty of space, a shared bathroom, and also a private deck. Street parking is available and no permit is needed and there are also buses nearby. It's a little over a mile to Davis Sq. and close to Tufts as well. The rent is $850 a month plus half of utilities which include cable, electric, and gas. I will also most likely have someone coming out aboutonce a month to clean the common areas so this will be included in the rent.

I am a young professional and work a lot during the week but like to enjoy my weekends. I am looking for another young professional or a graduate student who is clean, respectful, and responsible who I get along with and live well with.
