Terms

Rent is $900 per month. Monthly payments will be made through an online service. Payments can be processed by phone or internet but automatic draft is available and is preferred.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month but individuals enrolled in auto draft will have some flexibility. Late fees apply: $80 automatically after 5 days and $20 for each additional day after 6 days.

The 1st or the 15th of the month are the only available move in dates. Will prorate first month's for mid-month move-ins.

First month's rent and an $810 refundable safety-deposit is required by the move in date.

1-year lease with 30 day renewal or move-out notice are preferred.

This is a pet friendly community but unfortunately we cannot accept cats. Dogs are acceptable but please note we have a limit of one. Breed restrictions apply but both large and small breed dogs are welcome. $500 dog fee ($250 refundable).

Must obtain renters insurance and provide a copy of the declarations page by the move in date. We can refer you to a State Farm Agent if needed.
