That means on the 1st of any month either side can give written notice to terminate the lease the next month. So if you send a letter on March 1st, you're lease will end April 1st and vice versa!

The Kitchen is renovated, brand new everything and open to the whole apartment.
The bathroom is brand new too!

The whole apartment was gut-renovated this year and last year!

Half a month fee is paid by the landlord, you would be responsible for the other 1/2.

Central heat and A/C in the unit! Controllable too!

Note: This apartment is in the basement, so if you don't like that then this isn't the place for you.
