AMAZING DEAL! This is a lease transfer for the continuing 7 mos (November 5th through June 4th) of my apartment lease due to buying a condo. This is one of the BEST units in the entire complex and faces Lakeside over Lake Gear, right beside Baldwin Park and Cady Way trail! You have amazing views with huge windows facing the lake. It doesn't get better than this for only $1,675 you are grandfathered into my rate for the entire rest of the lease.
From there you can have the option to renew at the landlord's price that you are offered after this lease ends (His prices are still much lower than the current rates around town- at least 300 under) You have tons of space and an amazing view for this low price. This is a lovely, quiet neighborhood perfect for working professionals. You are responsible for your own utilities (Internet, Utilities). OUC is the utilities company used. You will need to pay the $350 transfer fee to transfer the lease, but with paying this you get the $1,675 rate for the entire rest of the lease. Applicant will need to qualify using the property manager's application (See info on this).
