Our Pacific Park Complex is located off Main St, close to downtown Ferndale and convenient to schools. We have 2 bedroom, 1 bath units available now. Vaulted ceilings in the second floor units and lots of windows make all units very light, with views of Mt. Baker and the surrounding countryside. All units have open floor plans with private decks/patios. There is on-site management. There is a $35 application fee per person or married couple. We accept cats and most dogs, with an additional deposit. Breed restrictions apply for dogs and there is a limit of 2 pets per unit. We are a non-smoking community.
