I'm looking for someone to sublet/take over my lease after graduation, at the end of June. The lease runs until October 31, at which time it can be renewed for another year.
The apartment is listed as a studio, but the large alcove you see at the top right of the floorplan above essentially makes it a small one bedroom. Most of the furniture will be sold eventually so the person taking over the apartment would have first dibs on it, along with all of the kitchen stuff, a window a/c unit, and other odds and ends. The apartment also has two huge walk-in closets, with the bathroom through one.
I've been in two TLC-managed buildings and only had positive experiences with the company. There is a manager in the office six days a week during business hours, along with an on-site maintenance guy who is on call 24/7.
