We do acredit check, background check, job, and rental history. The requirements for approval are: A 610 minimum credit score, and no priorbankruptcies in the last 10 years. Clear background check with no prior felonies inthe last 10 years. Two landlords need to be provided to verifyrental history, if applicable, and they cannot be relatives. Employment verification for the last year ofemployment. To support the application, you may provide proof offinancials by emailing us 3 check stubs and/or 3 bank statements.Tenant(s) are responsible for gas, water and electric.We only hold properties for 10 days for approvedapplicant(s) with the lease signed and security deposit paid.No pets allowed.
