The Terraces on Pennsylvania is a great building for persons 62 and older, near downtown Englewood. Shopping and public transportation, as well as the Malley Senior Center, are located with in a few blocks of the building. The five story building contains 62 apartments and features panoramic views of the mountains. Covered parking and controlled access are located on the ground level of the building.

A large community room, including a kitchen that can be used for group events, is located on the second floor. A fully equipped exercise facility and a large outdoor terrace are available for resident use. On the first floor there is a community board to post activities as well as view the ongoing resident community activities. And beautiful resident gardens on the south side of the building give you your own patch of earth.

And, as part of our Affordable Housing program for qualifying lessees, we pay the utility bill!
