We have a large Victorian house in Ambler PA and we have one room available to rent starting on February to rent. This room would be perfect for a grad student or a professional. The room is not large but is furnished. The bathroom is shared but is large and very nice. There is a large kitchen and common eating area. Many other private areas abound in this large house such as living room, large front porch, landing areas and back yard. There also is laundry in the building and is also very nice. Public transportation is with-in easy driving distance away. Room rate for this room is $ 800 per month. This room does have small refrigerator. The room is for occupancy of ONE person only. Please call or text me to set up a showing Absolutely no pets allowed in the home. Also, we do ask for a security deposit of one month and an additional one month rental for last month is required. Wifi and cable is included. This room is best for a short term stay or part time rental. Perfect for someone coming into the area for work. Thanks Mark
