**Open House scheduled for Saturday, October 14th between 12-6pm** I am looking for one, female roommate to occupy a private, one bedroom suite located in my finished basement for $1,000/per month. Suite includes large bedroom with ample closet and self space, bathroom, kitchen, small living room, and private entrance. The space is all yours! Nothing is shared but the electric bill. All other utilities are included! Property is located on a quiet, dead-end street occupied with friendly neighbors, surrounded by a beautiful, wooded setting with a small creek in the backyard! No pets please and non-smokers only. There is on-street parking available. All we need from you is: - Proof of income/full-time employment: one month worth of paystubs - $2,000 (first month of rent and security deposit) - minimum one year commitment Information about other occupants: I am a 34 year old elementary school teacher who has owned the property for eleven years. My 61 year old mother and 11 year old daughter also live with me. We are friendly, respectful, keep the property clean, and are on top of repairs as needed.
