LEASE LENGTH 1- 3 month lease with possibility to extend to 6 months. FURNISHED House comes completely furnished Bedroom 1: queen sized bed, two side tables with lamps, and one small dresser. Bedroom 2: two twin beds, one bed table and lamp. Mast bedroom: one queen sized bed, two bed tables and lamps, one small desk and chair. Bathroom 1: shower curtain and shelf Bathroom 2: small shelf Dining room: large table with 4 chairs and a 2 person bench. Two folding chairs and a table leaf in front closet. Living room: one sofa, two arm chairs, one small coffee table, one small side table with lamp, entertainment center with TV and dvd player, board games, one book shelf with books. Kitchen: plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, pour over coffee pot, blender, toaster, platters, and jars. Deck: Two wooden Adirondack chairs No furniture may be taken out of the house without proper approval. UTILITIES All utilities are kept in the owner's name and included in the lease price. Wifi and yard care are also included. SMOKING Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house. PETS Pets of any kind are not permitted. PARKING There is one large driveway in the front and one smaller driveway in front of the backyard fence. No parking in the backyard or in the grass. TRASH PICKUP Trash pickup is on Thursday mornings and dumpster must be placed out by the road each week. PAYMENT Rent payment is due the 1st of the month and is late by the 3rd of the month. A $25 dollar late fee will be added for each day payment is late after the 3rd. Security deposit and first month's rent are due before moving in. Rent is $2800 and security deposit is $1400. Rent payments need to be paid through Zillow, Venmo, or Zelle. Security deposit will be returned at the end of the lease considering no pets have been brought into the house, and there is no excessive mess or damage to be dealt with at the end of the lease. APPLICATION Must be 18 or over to apply. Background check required for the 3-6 month lease.
