The building is across from St. Paul College with easy access to the Cathedral and attractions in downtown as well as nearby Selby-Dale shopping and dining. Coin-operated laundry is on site. Heat, water, and trash are paid. Parking is on street and exempted from parking restrictions by purchasing a $10 annual parking pass from the city of St. Paul. Guest passes are available for a small fee as well. We welcome your cats without pet rent or pet deposit.
