We are actually sad to move but we must for professional reasons.
This apartment has a terrace in equal size to the unit with view to the monuments and the city. Very quiet, private and modern. We also love the management and amenities/shops around (4 blocks up to target/giant/etc), and also close to the best restaurants and clubs in DC. Metro station too.
Parking available upon request ($250/month). Storage too, but I don't know the cost.
Pets are allowed (no extra fee).
We are leaving some furniture behind (bed, mattress, coffee table), and if interested we can sell the TV in the bedroom as well.
Transferring lease under contract ending on March 2016. Pending application to define deposit, etc. $500 transfer fee and $80 application fee. Nothing more.
