Tastefully remodeled, hardwood floors everywhere, big, contemporary fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Great living spaces, tons of light, not to mention a shared backyard with a lemon tree! The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a FULL WASHER AND DRYER with laundry room storage. The neighborhood is close-knit, with proximity to all the daily conveniences - Safeway, CVS, Walgreens, Whole Foods and Muni station are all 5-8 minute walking distance as well as tons of eateries and coffee shops close by. Guy, the local florist, sells flowers on the corner every weekend, and a farmers market occurs at the end of our street on Noe every Wednesday late afternoon/night spring, summer and fall. The rooms: 1 ~10ft x 10ft NE facing room. Tall ceilings with beautiful original crown molding.
