Both the condo unit is fully furnished with beds, desks, couch, kitchen table, kitchenware, etc. The WIFI and all utilities are included in the rental rate if the threshold is not exceeded. The threshold is agreed up on between the owner and the tenants each year. The tenants had not exceeded the threshold in 5 years as tenants are considerate and eco-conscious. The condo unit comes with 1 uncovered parking space in the parking lot. There are guest parking spaces in the parking lot. Unfortunately, EV charging is not possible in the condo complex. No commercial use of the utilities. Only ordinary residential use is allowed.
