An open concept great room greets you as you enter, allowing the natural light to flow unencumbered through the expansive southern facing, triple pane windows in the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The updated crown molding, marble countertops, quiet closing cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and design provide a sense of simplicity coupled with luxury. You'll love lounging on the spacious southern facing balcony where you can enjoy both incredible sunrises and sunsets to either side and the treetops of Balboa Park in the distance. The front bedroom serves as a comfortable den, opening off the great room with French doors that feature panes of frosted glass to allow for light as well as privacy. This room boasts a large and comfortable couch with an optional coffee table for socializing or ottoman for lounging as you enjoy watching the smart TV equipped with Roku and all your favorite streaming platforms. There is a large closet equipped with shelves and racks that sits opposite the huge, triple pane window that allows tremendous light with the option to soften the room using the light blocking blinds. This den also hosts the modem for the fiberoptic internet that will fuel all of your devices and meet your streaming and other needs. The second bedroom is located in a small vestibule off the great room and features a huge triple pane window that covers almost the entire eastern wall, allowing an abundance of light as well as the option of utilizing the light blocking blinds.
