The condo is furnished. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom would be for the Lessee's use. The Lessee would share the furnished living room and fully equipped kitchen with the Owner. The condo also has a combo washer/dryer for Lessee to share with the Owner. Internet(Cox) is included. No TV Cable included. Water is included. Electricity bill will be equally divided between the Owner and the Lessee. Lessee must abide by all Chardonnay Village condo rules and regulations.
