    --This unit is offered for a 12 month lease. --1 or 2 cats are allowed. There is a $200 one time non-refundable pet fee. $35 per pet per month is the pet rent. All cats be vet certified spayed or neutered before move in. --This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, no incense property inside and out. --Tenant pays gas, electric, internet and cable. --Owner pays water/wastewater, trash collection and corrugated cardboard recycling. --Parking is on street, and there is not much pressure on parking spots. Most of the time one can park in front of the rental of 14th street, or right across the street on 14th street. There is one off-street concrete pad that could be added to the lease for a nominal monthly amount.
