" It's a wonderful location--you're close to all the great restaurants and shops of South Austin without having to pay Travis Heights prices, and get to use MoPac rather than 35 most of the time. You can walk to Barton Springs and Zilker Park. Also, the complex is on a bus line that runs to the university area. The apartment itself was very comfortable. We had a townhouse-style unit with one and a half baths and a washer/dryer, but lots of floor plans were available. There were always plenty of parking spaces in our area, though it seemed like other parts of the parking lot were more crowded. The office staff was great. Friendly, attentive, and serious about dealing with problems. We made good use of the pool and tennis court. I think back on my time there very fondly. "
