Parking in upper carport. Fully furnished. New washer and dryer are in the house. No smoking of any kind (cigarette, pot, vape, etc), and no drugs. The only neighbor is the acreage with cabin adjacent to the property bordering the Open Space... we own the acreage and occasionally visit that. Well behaved and house trained pet may be considered with additional monthly fee and additional deposit. (Dogs are ok with extra monthly fee of $100, and cats are ok with extra monthly fee of $150.) 1 or 2 months deposit (depending on pets and whether it's rented furnished). Utilities included in rent: Internet, water, weekly garbage/recycling pickup. Utilities not included in rent: Gas, electricity. Rent $4900 per month (plus gas/electricity). Minimum lease: 1 month.
