The floor is carpet. STORAGE SPACE: Some garage storage available. Extra refrigerator in garage. THE HOUSE: Open Kitchen design, Family Room, Dining Room, Living Room. Huge yards. Home built in the late 1980's. The house is comfortable, and has new AC and heat that work GREAT. EXPECTATIONS: Must clean up after yourself. Pitch in to keep common space clean. We remove our shoes when in the house. We are pretty easy going, polite and considerate. LOCATION: East Redmond, right off the 202, less than 10 min to downtown Redmond.
