About Todd Hale
As a native Atlantan and in the business for over 23 years, I've practically grown up in the real estate business. Starting my career alongside my mother in Peachtree City in 1988, I've gained years of extensive knowledge of working with buyers and sellers, as well as, builders and developers. At 22, my vision was to firmly establish myself as an entrepreneur and as I did I quickly started collecting accolades such as 'Rookie of the Year' by the Fayette County Board of Realtors. As business grew, I decided to move to the 'big city' and have made Atlanta my home since 1991.
In addition to marketing and selling pre-owned homes, townhomes, and condos, I spent almost 10 years working hand in hand with some of the city's most accomplished homebuilders and developers. In 2006, as a result of closing over $31,000,000 in real estate, I was honored to be awarded company-wide 'Agent of the Year' by Gail Raper, CEO of Morris & Raper Realtors. In addition, I was nominated by my peers as 'Salesperson of the Year' for the Atlanta Homebuilder's Sales and Marketing Council.
Early on, I decided rather than being pinned a 'pushy salesman' I would utilize assertiveness over aggressiveness in my sales approach. I felt that 'aggressiveness translates into pushiness and that's what turns some buyers off. Instead, I assertively desire to consult my clients and assist them in making their own decisions.' That's most likely why I've made so many friends out of my buyers and sellers over the years.
