At a glance and in pictures this seems like a nice community, but beware and take a closer look. Our experience here was a nightmare. The construction and amenities are very cheap, to the point of being dangerous. During less than two months of a temporary stay here (this is a greatly shortened list) we experienced 1) kitchen sink leaked into storage room nearly destroying our belongings 2) raw sewage spewed from septic tank onto front lawn 3) central A/C unit died 4) most shocking of all, there was a gas leak in our basement. By the time we discovered the problem more than 24 hours after it began, you could smell the gas in the parking lot in front of the home, and I had to evacuate my wife and daughter in a panic. We requested a refund of our rent and, amazingly (given that my family could have been killed), they flat out denied our request. Other issues abound. The gates to the unsupervised pool do not stay closed, despite this being a community with many children. I warned management about this but nothing was done. Cracks in foundations, ill fitting doors, cheap interior fitments that fall off the walls. Beware, this place is not what it appears.
