Helpful Tools for the Search
We know that finding a vacation rental house can seem overwhelming so we have provided the same great tools to make your search easier.
Street View
Street View allows you to see exactly what is around every vacation rental. You can plot your walk to the beach or the drive to the ski slopes or the bike ride to the grocery store.
With Street View, you are not left wondering how accurate the photos and descriptions of the location are- you can get an idea of the neighborhood and surrounding areas from the comfort of your own computer.
To access it, just click the "Street View" tab when looking at a property listing!
Hiding & Favoriting Listings
When you are searching for vacation rentals, you decide whether a) you like it, b) you don't. Luckily, we have taken that into consideration and have provided functionality to "favorite" listings you like and "hide" listings you don't!
To favorite a listing, just click the "add to favorites" icon. All of your favorites will appear as eye-catching blue icons.
To hide a listing, just click the "hide" icon to remove the property from your search!
Sharing Favorites
Now, we all know that when searching for a vacation rental, the hardest part can be to get everyone to agree on one! Therefore, we have made it easy for you to share your favorites with your friends and families through the "tell-a-friend" functionality.
Just click the "email a friend" button to get your group's input!
Booking Your Trip
Inquiring on vacation rentals generally works the same as the rental, for sale, and foreclosure listing.
When viewing a listing you are interested in, you can use the blue contact box to send an email to the owners of the property.
When provided to us, we also display the phone number at which you can reach the owners of the listing.
Booking on HotPads
Many listings can be booked directly from the listing screen on HotPads. If you see a yellow "Book Now!" button on the listing, you can go ahead and secure your reservation quickly and easily on HotPads. Simply:1. Confirm the Reservation Details
2. Enter your Billing Information
3. Print your Confirmation!
Many listings can be booked with a credit card directly on HotPads.
