The Hotpads application focuses on 4 key aspects of the Hotpads.com website, searching listings with filtered criteria, saving and viewing said searches, saving and viewing your favorite listings, and displaying those listings in an easy to read mobile view. Users can search through our listing database by entering their own search location, or by using the built in GPS on their device to show them listings around their current location! Once displayed, these listings have all the normal functionality of the main website, including property photos, listing inquires, and all the useful information and functionality that normal Hotpads provides. With hundreds of thousand of rental listings and millions of properties for sale , HotPads is "the place to find your place!"
